CEO Owl

CEO Owl is a privacy-first English grammar checker built on Harper. It has two ways in: a browser editor where Harper runs entirely on the reader's device, so text never leaves it, and a remote MCP server exposing one check_grammar tool so AI clients can check writing as the signed-in user. No language model is involved, English only, and nothing submitted is ever stored or used for training.
